Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use Peak Market Society, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Your name, email, password (stored encrypted), preferred language and onboarding quiz answers; your learning progress, journal entries, playbooks and Professor conversations; payment records (card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us); and your linked Discord ID if you connect it. For security and legal records we also log sign-in times, IP address and device information, including when you accept our risk disclosure or sign an agreement.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and membership, personalise your learning path, send account and course emails, provide The Professor, sync your Discord role, prevent fraud and account sharing, and keep the records we are required to keep.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the platform: Stripe (payments), our email provider (account emails), Discord (if you link your account) and our AI model provider (to answer Professor messages). We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your choices
You can update your name and language in Account settings, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, export your data, or request deletion of your account from the Privacy section of your Account page. Some records (such as payments and signed agreements) are kept as long as the law requires.
