These terms apply to every Peak Market Society account, including free accounts. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. Paid memberships also require signing the Enrollment Agreement at checkout.
1. Trading involves substantial risk
Peak Market Society provides educational material on indices, foreign exchange (FX), commodities and Contracts for Difference (CFDs). Trading and investing in these instruments carries a HIGH degree of risk to your capital. It is possible to lose more than your initial investment. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
2. Education only — not financial advice
All lessons, articles, videos, quizzes, Professor conversations, and downloadable resources on Peak Market Society are provided strictly for educational purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Peak Market Society is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. No specific outcome, return, profit, or performance is guaranteed, promised, or implied. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Refund policy — 24 hours, only if unused
You can get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase only if you haven't used any paid content: a paid lesson, video or quiz; a paid article or the Video Library; any message to the Professor; any Vault tool (Playbooks, Journal, Grader, Calculator, Analytics, The Climb) or download; or linking your Discord account. Using any of these ends the refund window immediately. After 24 hours, all sales are final. Referral discounts must be unlocked and applied at checkout. Referrals completed after a purchase don't trigger a rebate, refund or credit.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Market Society and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses (including lost profits or lost trading capital) arising from your use of the platform. You agree to hold Peak Market Society harmless from any trading loss you may incur.
5. Using your account
Your account is personal. Do not share your login, resell access, or record, copy or redistribute lessons, setups, Professor answers or Vault material. Content may carry an invisible identifier so leaks can be traced. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
6. Changes
We may update the curriculum, features, pricing and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
